Now, with Marco's help, Agent Brindle works to create a psychological profile of the killer. Meanwhile, Pygmalion discovers evidence of the twin he never knew about, and begins stalking the team in a malevolent bid to avoid getting caught. The body count rising, Marco realizes that he will have to put his own life on the line in order to stop the senseless slaughter.
