Tony wants to be a hitman for the Mafia, but first he has to learn from a master. Enter Stevie California-cool, eats veggie burgers and quotes Neitzche. Tony may not agree with Stevie's style, but he has to complete his training so he can go back and kill the Mafia's accountant, who's about to turn state's evidence. His final test: kill whoever is randomly picked out of the yellow pages. His target: Angel Chaste. Angel works the graveyard shift at a mortuary. She thinks a doll is her baby. Sheryl Lee, Ray Wise, David Bowie, Mädchen Amick, Dana Ashbrook, Phoebe Augustine, David Lynch, Eric DaRe, Miguel Ferrer, Pamela Gidley, Heather Graham, Chris Isaak, Moira Kelly, Peggy Lipton, James Marshall
DIRECTOR:Essentially a prequel to David Lynch and Mark Frost's earlier tv series "Twin Peaks". The first half-hour or so concerns the investigation by FBI Agent Chet Desmond into the murder of waitress Teresa Banks. The film then cuts to one year later and follows the events during one week in the life of Laura Palmer, a story which was later to motivate much of the series. Contains a considerable amount of sex, drugs, violence, very loud music and inexplicable imagery.
